    Reason of Ban:
    Attempting to scam (sell an item that does not exist)

    Rule violated:
    selling an item that does not exist.

    Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
    not to do anything that supports or does bullying, cheating, swearing, spamming ect.

    ]Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:
    He had no proof what so ever i didn't have the item. i stated several times i had the item but consisted to ban me with no proof.

    Hello there, MRFluffyninja02. I am glad you with to appeal, but it seems as though we have some things to go over first. Id had originally messaged you as the auction you were holding was going on for quite some time (20+ minutes) and during our conversation, I asked if you had the tool that you were auctioning, as it was not in your inventory. You replied "Sorry, I won't do it again" and then continued the auction. I then received a screenshot from another player where you had told them that you did not, in fact, have the tool. Here is that screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/3k2fozj.png Now, you said in your previous appeal that the tool was at your home. We did check this, and found that you had no locked chests at your home, let alone a Fortune 3 Diamond Pickaxe, as you stated in your auction. So actually, I did have proof to back up the ban. So I suggest you reappeal, and this time it may be in your best interest to tell the truth. Thank you.
