+1 So that nothing will be preposterous about the requirement how many dollars to be put as a minimum.
This already has been suggested and denied on multiple occasions if my memory serves me right. Plus, if you need to deposit values under 10k, find a friend or someone and just borrow their money to put it in, then immediately withdraw and pay back.
