Minecraft Username: XvPROTECTEDvX Reason: Grief Counter-Reason: When I was walking through my town by accident I place a block near someone's wooden house. When I went to destroy the block my mcMMO was on for my axe. So when I went to break the block it destroyed the person's house ( I am so deeply sorry about that). I tried to send the town mayor a message but it would not let me because I was using the incorrect format. I am very sorry for that happened it was a stupid mistake on my part. Evidence: I had a wonderful time on your server and hopefully you will review my appeal and I can play on your server again. Thank you for reading this, have a wonderful day.
Griefing is taken very seriously when it is found in protected areas. I do understand that mistakes can be made though. A similar thing happened to me, but I fixed it right away. I am wondering why you didn't do the same if this was indeed a mistake. While waiting for your outcome on this appeal I would strongly suggest you go over the rules again on griefing. Section II: Griefing Clause I: Main World The Wild is not secured. It is an uncontrollable world and grief does occur. It is not punishable if grief occurs in the wild. Griefing Towns/Nations which have a security application already placed in queue on the forum is punishable, and can result in a ban + a rollback of all your actions. Griefing within Towns/Nations is not allowed under any circumstances. Towns/Nations and Mayors/Presidents/Members may file grief reports if grief is found, and the users who griefed will be banned + rolled back immediately upon major grief. The only exception to this is if a Mayor specifically makes a survival town where he allows grief and has no rules regarding it. Clause II: Nether There is only one rule regarding grief in the nether which is to leave spawn intact. Although all users can use TNT in the Nether, doing so in a location which will affect spawn can and will result in the loss of Nether access. Clause III: Aether There is to be absolutely no grief whatsoever in the aether. Any users which grief the aether will be immediately banned, rolled back and can lose their aether access. Clause IV: Mining World The mining world rules are the same as Section II, Clause II: Nether, with the exception that TNT is not usable in the mining world. Using any other means (including lava and water) to affect the spawn area is still against the rules. Unlocked for smod+
Thank you for appealing! Remember that we do not tolerate griefing in towns. As you have apologized for your actions and admitted to your wrong doing, you will be unbanned. It has been a while since you've been on our server, so be sure to reread the server rules before you log back on. Next time be careful with your McMMO! Unbanned.
