Felon Usernameanda7799 Complaint:I have this problem where this person keeps stealing from me and selling my items and also not returning it. I ask nicely for him to give it back but he refuses. The items were not in a chest I was trading with someone and panda7799 stole the item while trading with another person. Please tell me what happens and the scenario.

All users have the ability to protect their chests, therefore if a user has not exercised this right they are permitted to be stolen from.
