He made no effort to contact me even though payment was due. I just found out last week that he was unbanned and he said he would pay me on friday and I have yet to recieve the money.

This user was firstly banned for breach of contract here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/loan-contract.48438/, which he was later unbanned. As per the contract here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.56984/ this user had until June 27th to pay back your loan and has made zero attempt to do so. As a result of this, I will be banning this user for breach of contract and failure to pay back a loan. Locked.
