reason: donation scamming Conflickt:i have player in rel life who can verify i was with them all day who play minecraft and not on minecraft so my mineecraft must have got hcked or somthing. Evendens:micahmike is my brother and he was at the house and got on my acount because he was mad at me and messed it up to get back at me. Pleade: please let me back on and i will change my password so he can not get on.
Locked & Denied You're responsible with what happens with your account; not your brother. Please file a proper appeal, Pay back those you scammed, and we may consider your ban appeal.
I would like to add that I have had experiences with this user and potential scamming. I heard from a user that he was auction scamming so when he did an auction for a stack of diamonds I attempted to win the auction to see what would happen. 8bouncyball immediately logged off and logged on a bit later. I confronted him and he logged off again. After a few times I eventually explained that I was a mod and would ban him with my evidence. He stated that scamming was only a one day temp ban and paid my money back. I gave him a final warning that scamming was against the server rules and that if I saw anything like it in the future he would be banned. A few days later after he and another user (mentioned in the complaint earlier) were trying to by a plot from me, I got a pm from the second user that said "he will pay you, he got disconnected and will be back". When I asked the user to explain he said it was nothing and that they were just kidding around with a friend. I again warned both of them that scamming was a serious offense and will result in a ban with the proper evidence. After reading the complaint and now 8bouncyball's appeal, I believe there is something going on here. I am at work now, but I will post what evidence I have in the morning. Please let me see what I have prior to unbanning. I believe it may be enough to disqualify this appeal.
