Counter-Reason: Clause 2: Water and Pyro This includes attempts to kill people with these perks in non-PvP areas. I was not trying to kill anybody. I had a couple of people trolling/harassing me in the minging world. They were knocking out blocks below me and my friend (silentshot90). I wish I had their names because I would submit a complaint of killing in a non-pvp area as well (a mod would know who it was). I asked them what their problem was and I left to a different area. They continued to follow me, I went down a hallway and placed some lava to keep them from following me again, not to kill. I did not place it on them. They did not die and I went even further away again. I do not feel I did anything wrong. I was also in the middle of talking to a mod about the problem, and was banned before I could explain what happen. Evidence: No evidence.
According to log block, you dropped lava on the exact spot that someone else was standing. Further, any attempt to use lava on other users, even to scare them, is an abuse. Lava is not there for use against other players. Therefore, I will not be accepting this appeal. Further, I was listening to the conversation between you and the other moderator, and I did not feel the explanation provided there, nor here was acceptable considering what you did.
