I placed lava around the spawn, while not in it, which I thought was allowed, based on the following rule: Clause 3 - Nether The only rule regarding grief in the nether is to leave spawn intact. Although all users can use TNT in the Nether, doing so in a location which will affect spawn can and will result in the loss of Nether access. Although I did grief near spawn, I did not grief in it. And that's why I thought it was okay. I also broke the rule regarding pyro and water. (Can't c/p for some reason) It says that you cannot grief with your donation features under any circumstances. I realize my mistakes and am ready to accept the loss of pyro, pyro+, and nether access. Please forgive me and this will not happen again. Evidence: n/a Also, oxwood3 is on my same ip. Very well, thank you for appealing. Please understand in the future that grief in the nether, albeit allowed, is not allowed to spawn. You need to be more careful in the future when you have fun in the nether not to accidentally hit spawn with Lava/TNT. Since this is your first offense, I will be giving you a 1 hour temp ban. While you do that, I'd like you to check up on the rules and make sure you understand them all. Banned for 1 hour.
