I took some time off to to think about my actions and how I made the parties feel. I mean XSV just got his eff7 and I stole it, imgine how that would make you feel. I am glad they received their items back and I can ensure everyone I feel I have matured in my time off. At the same time can assume how IZZ felt, the money they both spent for these tools was hard earned money.
Hello Matroxic, I am glad that you wish to appeal your ban, however there are a few things that I need to say first. Scamming of any kind is not allowed on our server, especially when the item scammed is as valuable as a star tool. Now, seeing as this is a ban appeal related to scamming, I will be tagging the Game Admins at the end of my post, as they are required to process this ban appeal. In my time gone I took the time to read through the entire rule book, to make sure I do understand the rules. I realize, from reading, that what I did was wrong.
Because the sword and pick were returned you don't need to pay anyone back. But, you will be serving a longer tempban than usual instead. Locked, ban reduced to a 7 day tempban.
