I have unbanned you last time when your account was used in a spam attack. This time I cannot unban you right away but I do recommend you change your password right away because someone has found out your password and has used your account in multiple spam attacks.
ok i have re change it so one should know it know. but my q is when and here is this spam list anyway so i can remove my self from it
You can only "remove" yourself from a spam attack by having a secure password. Secure passwords have lowercase AND capital letters, are not words (usually "random" letters, but each can be for a different word to help you remember), at least one number, and at least one symbol (!, ?, _, etc)
