Minecraft Username: t0fl Reason: Using an x-ray texture pack Counter-Reason: I would like to start off this ban appeal with acknowledging that I take full responsibility for my actions, will not shy away from them, nor in any way, shape or form attempt to take away from its severity, or attempt to parcel away the blame to so-called account holders. Skimming through other ban appeals, I realize that I cannot be expected to be given the same leniency as an appeal for griefing or advertisement. I would like to humbly apologize to the staff for my misdeeds, and submit this appeal in hopes of at least a reduction to a tempban, in lieu of it being my first listed offense. I had begun to use the texture pack only recently, in order to view the layout underneath the town in which I resided. I understand that even without having being a form of earning money illicitly, it gives me an unfair advantage over others and is a public offense against those that play ECC without the use of such illegal aid. The ECD I accumulated came primarily from afking at a spawners (To which I either purchased a tp, or set up with the assistance of others), enchanting tools and selling them to people, along with funds won through lotto. Over the past month while playing ECC, I've grown fond of the community and the economy-game it offered, and would be grateful for a chance to return once again. I have invested a large amount of time and effort into earning honest money from scratch, and had been looking forward to purchasing an eff7 and further advancing my ECC economic career. I have already removed the offending texture pack and pledge to abstain from using it ever again. Although it may seem unnecessary, in submitting this appeal, I recognize that the staff has every right to deny this post and will not attempt to contest their judgment. If for any reason anything in this appeal is deemed unsatisfactory or seems to require more effort, please let me know and I will try to address it immediately to the best of my ability. Hello - I am pleased to see that you would like to appeal your ban. I don't have to say what rules you have broken as you have already quoted the rules and I do believe that you are sorry for you actions. Before I deal with you ban appeal I would like you to remove this texture pack from your computer, go to single player and take a couple of screen shots and upload them. When I can see you have removed this texture pad from your computer your ban appeal will be dealt with. Please do not re-install it after this as this is a very serious offence.
