Minecraft Username: SidGerard Reason: I was banned for mining (& stealing a horse?!!!) Counter-Reason: I was digging to make a very deep basement. I asked the major what the rules were, but he said only no griefing. which is not problem, I don't steal! If I am not supposed to dig for a basement, I am sorry about that, but I have seen others do it often and didn't know it was against the rules, or that I'd be banned for mining, cause I didn't think I was mining. Also, I didn't take anyone's horse!!! I have seen his co-major faredfreak on it a lot! but I DONT STEAL!!! I had to get off the computer and was unable to finish a foundation. I didn't know that it counted as mining. I really DID NOT!! I tell everyone about this site, and have spent a lot of my allowance money here. I'm not saying I should get away with griefing, and stealing. I'm saying I was digging a basement, and I NEVER stole a horse!!!! Hello Sid. You may be a bit confused. Your ban had nothing to do with this alleged horse theft, as horse theft is not illegal. You were banned because you dug out below your plot (nearly to bedrock) when you only owned the plot above ground. Since you did not own the area that you mined out, it is considered grief. I suggest you re-appeal and apologize for removing blocks in the town that were not yours. Denied, Please re-appeal with more effort.
