However i feel really sorry and i wish to rejoin the server. To make up for what i have done i will try and replace anyones items i may have stolen when i killed them and i shall give people free tp's and free plots. I hope i shall be forgiven but i am not holding much hope as i know i have severely abused the rules on this server Evidence:I realise and am very sorry for breaking the following rules Clause 1: Teleport and Teleport Plus There is to be no abuse of our teleport feature. If someone denied your request, do not spam them with further requests. Do not teleport someone into a PvP area without previously informing them that the area is enabled as such. There is to be no abuse of our teleport compass feature. If someone asks you to stay out of a specific area, such as their town, you are to obey their request

I will like to say he tp killed me several times and he have been banned several times for the same thing. I have lost a good bit of money with those tp kills. Just putting that out there as evidence of his previous killings
I have messages from redboii2000 that show him asking me to help him kill people for his own personal gain here is a screenshot of him. http://gyazo.com/f5e6fbc2cdadfd3f665b93817a1db61b as you can see he was clearly not one of the victims and was encouraging me to kill people
That screenshot, then, is dated roughly one month BEFORE RedBoii2000 obtained the rank of President, and that rank up was approximately a week before your ban. I cannot see how it in any way relates directly to the situation for which you are appealing. We do not have access to the logs that far back to see if anything actually happened back then, but as it has no bearing on the situation now, I will dismiss it. This is your first ban for this offense, though from the sounds of things, and your own admission & evidence, it isn't the first time you have done it... just the first time you were caught. I do not find this promising. However, you are apologetic, you show that you clearly understand the rule you broke and why you were wrong to do as you did. Given your ban time served, I will reduce your punishment to a 3 day temp ban. Please ensure that you NEVER do something like this again, or the punishment will not be so lenient, and your donation feature will be at risk of being removed from you.
