Zionsegie is my brother and after learning that I was banned decided to get banned aswell as he didnt want to play anymore. This is is very annoying as you can assume. If there is any way you want me to prove that he is my brother and Im not dual accounting, Ill do it as now I really badly want to be unbanned . About the using ECC for members part-I invited ONE friend on ecc of whom I had no other way to communicate with. Someone on my server who also plays ECC did advertise on accident. Id like to see evidence of these people that I messaged. Also, Yes I do run my own server as of THREE DAYS AGO. I had no advertised it ANYWHERE as to me it was still not fit to be publicly released. I can back up Fifyfofumotter's statement , that infact Zionsegie and Fifyfofumotter , are to separate people , I was skyping them recently and saw his brother and him both playing minecraft on separate laptops. Therefore using different accounts.
So, after further checking, it appears that Zionsegie does check out with your story of being your brother/different user. However, he did manage to private message many inappropriate things to users, so that portion of his ban will stay as such. As well I will be removing the "use of an alternate account" from your ban punishment. Now with that being said, you still violated a major rule of EcoCityCraft. Advertising on our server, whether it be excessive, minor, for a major server, or for a local server, is strictly prohibited and will be treated with severe punishment. With checking through the server logs, I found that you PMed more than just one user your server IP address, so what you are telling me is a lie. Even if you did happen to not have any other form of communication with that friend to send the IP address to him privately, you should have found out another way to send it without conflicting with ECC at all. There is no excuse what so ever for ever having to advertise another server address on ECC. I will be issuing you a 2 week temp-ban for the actions in which you have performed over the last few days. During this time please review over our server rules, and I would highly suggest that you manage to try and prevent anymore conflicting between your server and EcoCityCraft Temp-banned 2 weeks Locked.
