Evidence: I have no evidence, but I admit that I did wrong, and I should NEVER, in any way, advertise any server on Minecraft, PERIOD. Hello, I am glad you have decided to appeal. Further you seem to understand what you did was wrong. I must say I am surprised. As a mayor you agreed in your Resident application that you had read the server rules. Therefore, I wouldn't have thought you would advertise. That being said, it appears to me that you didn't read the rules thoroughly. Lets start with the rule you broke: This particular rule prohibits the advertising of any mine craft server while on ECC. Due to the fact that you broke this particular rule, coupled with the fact you should know better I will be giving you a temp ban. However, considering this is only your first offense the temp ban will be for 3 hours.
