Username: LDeBernardi Reason: attempting to scam Counter: I agree to all the info in my previous appeal except this, I am very glad zard pointed it out as I did not like how I worded it. I said that I have not broken any rules since my last ban. Of course many players break rules And are not aware of that they did. I am sure I broke a rule since then. For example I accidently double posted. I also said I understand all the rules. I know why the rules are there but clearly I must not understand all them. I am very familiar with the rules though like I said. I also said that false advertising is not a huge offense. This statement is partly true. False advertising is not one of the biggest rules to be broken, but it is deffinitly not a small one. I falsed advertised at first, but then said what was really being sold. False advertising is not scamming though to a certain extent. Evidence: Please see my last appeal. I was asked to appeal again changing the statement. I realize, like I said in my last appeal, that I have changed. Sure, it has been only a little amount of time but durring so I realized what it feels like to be on the other side of the scam. It's not good. I also realized what must be done in order to from a better ECC. ECC is not a place for scammers, trolls, and evil. It is a place for players to have a great experience. I wih to rejoin ECC because I know I am no longer a troll, scammer, or villan. I am a player looking to be accepted back into the community. We all have rough starts and I am sure mine will be ended once I am unbanned. Of course I am not expecting to be but I really do hope you consider it.
I am going to tag kukelekuuk00 onto this as I think he might have a word with you regarding this incident where from what I can tell you attempted to sell someone a "melon, sword" presumably a melon and a sword.
Okay, please only use this appeal and my last one. My first was poorly wored and the information in it was not exactly what happend. I was in a rush to make it so I barley took any time to explain myself accurately.
