Reason: Stealing the rails from a rollercoater (see snackmac's grief report) in a town.

Counter-Reason: I will not attempt to justify my actions, as I understand that they were unjustifiable. I would like to say, however, that I want to apologise for my actions and the damage they have caused. If let back on the server, I promise to replace the rails (or give to owner if they have already been replaced) and I fully accept any further consequences (such as eviction) resulting from this.

    Evidence: N/A

Once again, I apologise for what I did. I was just really mad for being evicted for being inactive, so I decided to grief someone/thing. Unfortunately, I paid the re-entry fee a few minutes after the event.

    Hello tom,

I am very glad to see that you understand that your actions were not acceptable. People pay good money for their structures to be in a protected area and because of this, they do not expect to be griefed.

Now, the level of understanding that you show and the remorse that you have shown for your actions pleases me. I see that you have been offline for 2 days+ and because of this, I will be issuing a 2 hour temp ban. In these hours, I would like you to read over our server rules and make sure that you understand them. In particular, I would like you to read over the rule that I am about to quote.

Action - Tempbanned for 2 hours
