What you failed to read though, is the rest of the sentence you highlighted. Except for explicitly mentioning a different Minecraft server, mentioning things such as external products is permitted. This means that you are allowed to mention external products unless it is another minecraft server. Please reapply when you realize what you did was wrong. Denied and Locked.
