Okay, heres my appeal, as I was farming in a spawner and sagerobba decides to come and leech exp after I asked him "do you mind" he said yes and i told him please leave or i break the spawner and he said go ahead and break it so i did and as I was breaking it I placed lava to remove all the water quicker and as I was cleaning up the lava he goes and walks into the lava and goes "im reporting you" I have the screenshots of the chat
Hello there, First off let me say that this ban appeal is not accurate at all. From my investigation, it appears as though you first broke the stone that Sagerobba was standing on then proceeded to place lava directly next to hole (which was many blocks deep) which caused it to flow down the hole and trap and kill Sagerobba. Even if Sagerobba did refuse to leave, there is no excuse for killing another player the way you did. Please re-appeal once you have had time to read over all of the server rules (especially the one you broke). Once you have done this, please file a new ban appeal with the correct explanation of what happened, an apology to Sagerobba, and please tag me in it, ~sick24 Reason of ban: Violation of Section II Clause IV: Denied and locked
