Name : MrBojangles73 Reason of Ban: Killing in a non pvp area with pyro+ donation feature.. Complaint: I really dont have a complaint...I did use a flint and steel and started a fire at the user's feet ... There was a zombie spawner and the user wouldnt move away in front of it and was still collecting xp from zombies i was hitting with my sword so i tried to light the zombies up and i also used the flint and steel under the user feet too...i was not wanting the user to die and that wasnt my intention but the user did die he had on armor i didnt think it would kill him and all was left was a sword there...the user name was jet pilot or something of that nature and i have no problems giving him a new sword and also since i did kill him and didnt mean for him to actually die i will give him a set of chain mail armor for the wrong doing on my part....also an admin ask me if i had his armor etc and i sayed no or something of that nature ..that was not correct i do have a sword...i have it in my inventory somewhere cause i did pick it up from the place of death..when the admin ask me i hadnt even thought about the sword...i just know there was no armor on floor at all..just a sword.. i want to appologize for doing this .. this will not happen again and again i appologize for the wrong action i took instead of just walking away...I am guilty as charged and again im sorry im also sorry to the user as well it was my bad ...I dont want to be banned from ECC i have donated $390.00 usd to this great server and wouldnt want to play anywhere else...I would like to be unbanned and i will also make it right with the user as well...This wont happen again... I appologize Fighter and will make it right with u...i wasnt wanting to kill u and i will make it right with u...i have some chain mail armor and i have your sword to give back as well...i make weapons and such and also have a very nice enchanted sword to give u as well for your troubles i caused..im sorry bro...
i swear there was no armor where u died probably due to the fire....but again i will give u a chainmail outfit and things if i get unbanned...i will tp u to my home and make it right with u.....
i expect a lot of good armor even if it was an axident because that was all enchented at level 30+ebooks that i had to buy anvil combos to

The rules you broke are as follows: and As this is a serious offense, I will be tagging Skylexia to determine your punishment. As a side note, when I checked the block logs there were several placements of fire and lava, and I have screenshots to prove this if necessary.
Im not denying that i did that...but i was not trying to kill anyone...i honestly was wanting them to just move over...i needed to read the rules better...i had no idea and this will never happen again..im sorry and have actually got to speak with the user and i will make it right with him and like i said this will never happen again and im going to go re read the rules as i type this...it was stupid on my part and would like to be forgiven for it...i dont want to be considered a "jerk" or something on the server..i have gotten along with everyone .... im very sorry for it and wont ever happen again...this is the first time i got into trouble and will be the last ..believe that....
