As the owner of Dune, I would like to point out that he took the expensive blocks from my town. It doesn't matter if he thought they were from a previous iteration of Dune. He took expensive blocks that did not belong to him. He doesn't even own a plot in town. He had perms to help DevotedtoChrist do some simple work. Also, he took a gold block that is DevotedtoChrist's "pet" and there was a sign that stated that it belonged to DevotedtoChrist just below the block. I have never even once filed a complaint or a grief report before this. Difficulty with Tinkman finally came to a head when I was informed of this griefing, which he did over 2 days. He didn't do it just once, and it wasn't a mistake.
Hello, I looked into the grief report located here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/grief-report.65269/ And considered what Solace, the town owner, said. I also personally reinvestigated the scene. From what I can see Tinkman65 only expensive blocks were taken. It does not appear that you were attempting to take down things considering how much around the expensive blocks are left there. I have determined that this does not appear to be an attempt at clearing the town, and the town owner sounds like she did not hirer you to do so. This all being said, I will be denying your appeal. You, as a mayor, should have known better. Please file a new appeal with an apology and I would recommend quoting the rule you broke and showing you understand what you did was wrong.
