Name- O13A2 Reason Banned- "Scamming" And Dual Accounting Counter Argument- In the screenshot #1 that Samson put onto his complaint, shown at the bottom of the screen, it clearly states that he is agreeing to pay 220k. Even though in screenshot #2 it says for him to pay 75k, it did not entitle him to have the sword. He still needed to pay the rest of the fee to get the melon sword. My accuser says I am allegedly scamming him. He must not have any proof of him paying me the rest of the money. He agreed on paying 220k. I did not get 220k. Well, I agree that the transaction wasn't complete, but, you did not provide him with a sword, nor refund the money. So, upon getting back onto the server, I will require you to repay the full 75k, are you able to do that? Revanrose6
I have to defend against what you are saying. The deal was to have him pay me 220k for the sword. He did do so, after paying the 75k. I did give him the sword, so I do not know why there isnt a screenshot that states that he has it. Is he the one scamming me? I may have also just realized that Samson may be framing me for reasons unknown, possibly to be a "Troll", as the "cool" kids call it.
Well, considering we only have screenshots of the 75k and no other payment, plus we have no screenshots of the melon sword being handed over to samson1239 I am going to be requiring o13a2 to pay off the 75k. Is that acceptable with the two of you? Revanrose6
I do not find this acceptable. I could do the same to any other person on this server. And then, the person who is selling the object in the first place could be fined for far greater numbers than what I was framed for. Is this what you want on a great server like this?
Hello, If you do not agree with the terms of your unbanning, then myself and other staff members, have decided we will have to reject your appeal for now. The fact is, the only evidence we have right now is that he paid you 75k and received nothing in return. The only way you can get unbanned after that scam is if you agree to repay the player in question the 75k he lost to this transaction OR if you find screenshots that prove your innocence.
