thebigj44 breach of contract ok so the reason i scammed was because my friend (bbuu20) was over my house and when i left for a second he went on to my account and took the 85k that kirby had paid me for mayor and paid to himself and samson1239 and they took the money and bought a town. I was ok with this because my other friend who doesnt play ecc said i could use his account and bbuu said we could share the town. but now hes taking advantage of the scam bye saying that i didnt earn my part of the town and hes yelling at me when i try to make a house with the little money i have so my house was made of dirt. he also said that i have problems with oney management and stuff like that. so if u could please do something to help me get my account back plus the 85k that kirby1699 gave me i would be very VERY grateful. none

I understand that there can be incidences were others end up getting onto your account and doing things they are not permitted to do. Unfortunately, you are responsible for all actions made on your account, and I would suggest you change your password and never leave your client open while away for more than a few minutes to avoid this kind of issue in the future. Because you were found breaching a contract by taking the money and not using it for what you had agreed to you will be required to pay this money back to kirby1699 because this does fall under scamming another user. I will be issuing you a three day temp ban, and once the ban is lifted you will have one week to repay kirby1699 85k in full. Please make sure to take screenshots of the payment/s when they are made for proof of payment. If payment is not made by the end of the week then further actions will be taken.
