Minecraft Username: Knightbomb88 Reason: The reason i was banned was due to me tearing apart some one elses house. Counter-Reason: I tore this house apart because a player named TheBigJ44 asked me to remove those 2 houses and said he would pay me $1500, so i started tearing down the houses asked for half the money. After getting half of the money, i did some more work then i quit deciding thta i did half of the work needed (give or take and had only gotten half the pay we agreed on. TheBigJ44 said ok when i said i was done and this whole time i did not know this wasnt his plot he asked me to tear down for him which was my fault not for asking, but on the other hand his fault for not asking the owners permission. Evidence: I dont have any due to the fact that i was not aware i was griefing so i didnt bother.
Bbuu20 and samson1239 own the plot. TheBigJ44 was living with them. As far as I know, TheBigJ44 did not have permission from the plot owners to demolish the house. I said this in thebigj44's ban appeal not knowing this side of the story. I'm waiting until bbuu20 or samson to come on to find out if he had permission to hire someone to demolish the house.
the mayor of the town is thomasku11 and the person who gave him perms is eben48 if anyone needs reference and the owners of the plot are me, bbuu20, and samson1239
In this case, seeing as all parties involved have agreed that this ban was altogether unwarranted, I will be unbanning you. Sorry for any misunderstandings that were had, but the staff team acted on what evidence was available. Also, I would like to remind all users in this thread that only posts that have valid information are permitted on ban appeals, and that tagging staff members unnecessarily is also against the rules User unbanned
