I have spoken to andrewkm and he is going to allow you to return to the server as long as you agree and the users involved agree to allow you to make amends for what you have done. This means you will be required to return 40k to quefueve and 35k to Vinh_Kin, a total of 75k to both users. I will need all users to agree to this so you will all need to reply to this thread as to if you accept these terms or not, When I have everyone's reply I will organize a time frame and further details with the users. healy299, quefueve and Vinh_Kin, Please reply to this thread as to if you accept these terms or not.
I accept as long as the time frame is reasonable. This user has stayed away from ECC long enough for me to doubt about the veracity of his/her 'regret'.

healy299, quefueve and Vinh_Kin, I propose that we give healy299 atleast a decent chance to pay both of yo back. All of this user locks, enderchest and inventory will have been cleared resulting in this user having next to no way of making money upon returning to the server so it is going to take a little while to start making money by themselves, I am also willing to provide repairs. I myself am more then willing to provide the user with an efficiency 5 unbreaking 3 diamond axe and perms to a huge pumpkin farm I own for the user to get back on their feet and start making money if quefueve and Vinh_Kin are willing to allow a total of 2 weeks for this user to pay back both of you. healy, you ofcourse understand that failure to pay back the user within the time I have given you will result in you being banned again and it will be a lot harder to appeal after multiple non-payments and unbans for the same thing. Do all of you accept these terms? I will contact healy about when and where to get the tool from me and how to get to the farm if that is indeed the way they would like to make the money and get this over with fast. - Jakey

I am just more along the lines of worried that there may have been say a trade sign remove or something similar.

Well healy as stated previously, you have two weeks starting as of the 17 july to pay back the money you owe to both Vinh_Kin and quefueve. Unbanned.
