How is it that my ban cannot be found, my username is ball8897 and I was banned by hcpillarfire. It was not even a week ago. I would like to rejoin ECC again an the reason is that my ban cannot be found which I don't understand why.
We have no record of your ban. You do not show up on our /seen which means your player data has been cleared from the server. Since this has happened there is nothing we can do. Your ban is too old to handle. Please stop making appeals.
