Minecraft Username: Nathan2118 Reason: Accused of having Nodus (Hacked Client) Counter-Reason: I would never have Nodus hacks especially in this server! I've even donated $25 to this server to support the server and I hate hackers myself! I do not even know why that user reported me as a Nodus user and that picture is fake! That's not even my skin!! I think that user was jealous of losing the Survival Games against me or she just felt like banning a more successful player than her. I've worked really hard for my progress and I would really like you to consider more ways of sorting this out instead of jumping the gun and auto banning me!! I'd like to get back onto this server because its the only server I play on! Please consider this appeal! Evidence: The screen shot attached shows my minecraft menu. As you can see there is no hacks or mods what so ever. Also there is a screenshot attached of my .minecraft folder. Sorry if this isn't relevant, but in the post you said that evilrngs screenshots of you don't have your skin. this is because he has the mine little pony mod installed which gives everyone a pony skin.
Hello Nathan2118 the evidence presented was accurate, but you were not banned based off of that complaint you were banned based off of what was seen in game by a staff member. We do not allow nodus or any hacked client whatsoever on this server as it states in this rule: As you have no previous bans for this issue I will be giving you a 3 day temp ban. That should be enough time for you to read through all our server rules once more as well as check and double check that nodus is removed. Temp banned 3 days.
