Minecraft username: VTFAN8 Reason: I admit to downloading the hack client nodus. This client includes forcefield. A mod that auto hits people that are near you. I had this mod turned on the sg that I was playing in. I had to leave and went afk with it still on. I was killed and then seen at spawn hitting the air while I was afk for a long time. Counter evidence: It was very dumb of me to down load this client in the first place. A friend of mine had it and I thought it looked cool so I got it to. Which is a really really dumb reason to do something like that. People have been saying that I stink at pvp for a while now. I was tired of them saying that so I tried to get a advantage. I know now that this was very wrong and I would be happy to do anything to be able to play on ECC again. Evidence: I do not believe any evidence is needed for this situation.
Thank you for appealing. I know that you are well aware of our rules as you have been required to read them twice so far being ranked mayor. Using a hacked client is highly against our rules here and is not tolerated at all. I know it can be hard to hear things from others that are hurtful, but you should never resort to breaking rules to try and improve this issue. There are much better ways to go about this such as training harder. What you have done isn't fair to those who have worked so hard. Because of your honesty, I will be issuing you a two day 12 hour temp ban, but during this time I would like you to uninstall this hacked client and go over our rules thoroughly to avoid any issues in the future. Clause I: Hacking and Hacked Clients Fly, speed, air build, and teleport hacking is not tolerated - as with all other hacking. This includes x-ray hacking, as well as x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (this includes glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and unfair to other users. Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Hacked clients include, but are not limited to, the Nodus client.
