Reason: "Use of a Hacked Client"

Counter-Reason: I did not, nor have I ever used a hacked client. Before the Login servers went down, I was able to play without any mods just fine. While the login server was down, I took it upon myself to download Rei's Minimap. When I tried to log back into the server it said I had been banned for use of a hacked client. If Rei's minimap is against the rules, then I will gladly remove it.

Evidence: I can take screenshots of my Minecraft.jar if needed.

Sputnick, I was the moderator that banned you, with the confirmation of 2 other moderators, that you were using the derp function of Nodus. It was as plain as day. I even took screenshots of it just in case. The way your head was bending, was consistent with, and produced by derp. Seeing as this appears to be your first ban ever, and I have never seen a complaint against you, please post a screenshot of your client below and an explanation/apology. While you are at it, please refresh yourself on the rules.

Actually, You are quite wrong. I have a mouse (Cyborg R.A.T. 5) That allows me to increase how fast my mouse moves. It has four settings, 1, 2, 3, and four. While I normally use setting two, I use the four setting to move my mouse incredibly fast, causing the movement you noticed earlier.

This mouse, Is quite similar, and has many of the same functions.
    http://cyborggaming.com/prod/rat9.htm#

"6400 DPI - Featuring a new generation 'twin eye' laser sensor that reads each axis separately for pinpoint accuracy, the R.A.T. 9 tracks up to a stunning 6 meters per second. Pro gamers who favor low sensitivity with high movement speed preferences will always experience correct tracking and precision."

"4 Custom DPI Settings - Use the Rocker Switch to toggle between your custom DPI settings"

If this is an issue, I can stop it. If needed I can post pictures of me having the mouse if that is necessary.

After talking it over with Lava and general, we've concurred that this ban was a mistake. We apologize for the inconvenience and you have been unbanned.

    Locked.
