Hello ohdatpro, I am glad you wish to return to our server, however I hope you understand that griefing is not acceptable on our server, and as you have seen results in a punishment of a ban. I hope you understand that you will always be caught in acts such as this, and it isnt tolerated. We are going to have to wait for a Supermod+ to review your appeal, and decide your fate. While we do this I suggest that you read over our servers rules/wiki. The rule you broke: I would also like to tell you that stealing from unlocked chests is not illegal, and is allowed. However griefing/destroying other users homes/structures is not allowed, and that is what you were banned for. If you have any questions feel free to talk to me over a forum pm. Hello, First and foremost, as Pbrassat17 has already pointed out, the rule you broke was griefing. Yes, unlocked chests are fair game, but, breaking rules to get to unlocked chests is not acceptable under any circumstance. Your actions were completely unacceptable. I find it interesting that your read the rules enough to find the legal side to your actions but not enough to see the illegal part. Due to this I would like you to read the server rules as Pbrassat17 has asked. When you read over the server rules please considered what you have done. I will be issuing at 1 hour tempban during which time I expect you to read the server rules. After your tempban expires please feel free to rejoin the server.
