Hello, Here is the rule you broke: Here on ECC we uphold the fact that once you sign your name on a contract, the users will enforce it. I am going to tag all the users who have leant you money to get their side of the story and would also like of you, baguy, to forum message them with an explanation of why you couldn't pay back the loans and if they would be willing to compromise. Baguy3000, what would work best for you? I am hoping we can settle on 1 week for pay-back, but you it is ultimately up to you guys. The initial agreement was to be paid back 18750 for the 15000 that was loaned to due. I would like to be paid back 20000 just for the time I had to wait and the time I had to spend on putting the complaint in that should of never happened.
Hello again, For baguy to be unbanned I will post a contract later tonight and tag you guys in there so we can approve it and get you guys your money back. I will include the settlement each player has allotted and a one week time period for this to be payed back unless you guys are willing to give baguy more time. I wont make the contract for an hour or two so post here if you would like any changes to what i have said. Lastly, Swiggle and seawiiplay I will need you guys to reply here saying "I agree to the unban terms" to allow this go through. Swiggle--Will you accept 20k for settlement?
