Username:Killerforhire66 Reason: Bypassing a ban on borrowed account (Soliox) Counter: The account soliox when I first got on ecocitycraft was my temporary one I have been borrowing from my friend I do not use it at all anymore since I got my Killerforhire66 account they are on the same IP because that was the first time I had ever used the account on ecc and I hadn't had any thoughts to use it in a bad way just have an account to play on. I now understand the rules correctly and I will not do ut again. The account has had its password changed and I do not have the ability to use it in any harmful way. The killerforhire66 account I would like to have unbannd and I thank you KMaxwell (sorry if I mess up your name) for being nice enough to show me the rule area that covers the banning and multiple accoumts it will not happen again. Hello Killerforhire66, I am glad that you want to appeal your ban and rejoin our server, but before you do I want to say a few things. While your original account you used to log in, soliox, was only planned to be temporary for your use on it, but that doesn't change the fact that you griefed in one of our protected towns, and all grief deemed to be severe enough is a ban. There would be no issue with you swapping accounts over if you did not grief on your original account, and it seemed as if you were trying to bypass your ban on the account of Soliox by using a second account. If you are unbanned or not will relay on the choice of the supermod+ that reviews this case, and until then I recommend you take some time and read up on our server rules again, found here, to make sure you fully understand them. The way I got banned kinda makes me mad though I'm talking to the guys at like 4 in the morning and I'm tired. I'm telling them about how I had my temporary account and how it was just till I got my own account and I got banned right after cuz the fact that somehow I had bypassed the ban and I hadn't heard about the ban on the soliox account. Until I had gotten told by the owner of the soliox account that it was banned I just wish I could play I'm holding like 50k in lotto wins and I had a res app up and I was waiting till I got that so i could do more things. I think you can see by now that we take adherence to the server rules seriously here on ECC. We pride ourselves, also, on being forgiving, and to give everyone an appeal, and a second chance. You stated a couple times that you didn't know the Soliox account was banned, and, as yet, have not admitted or acknowledged, let alone apologized, for that. However, given the time served offline, I will on this case unban you, but strongly encourage you go through ECC's rules before logging back in, and I do mean that you do more than just skim them. A second incident will not be treated so lightly. Please remind your friend, should he wish to play on ECC, that he will have to apply to be unbanned due to your actions on that account.
