You have many ways to contact this user including using the "/mail send" command and sending him a PM on the forums. On top of not contacting him to pay him back, I understood that Brady3Tears was told that outragedzombie would be the mayor to add him to the town, yet outragedzombie is not a part of that town at all. The two mayors of the town have been inactive for 14+ days. These three reasons were what caused you to be banned for your attempt at scamming.
