You forum account must match your IGN. The complaint against you, including screenshot, showed you deliberately telling another user to install Nodus, and to press X, which activates its x-ray function. You weren't trying to see if they had it, so lying on your appeal is of no use. PM Andrewkm or WeWinAgain on the forum to have your username changed to your IGN, then appeal with honesty and effort.
