This was more of a "heads up" type of deal in case this happens again. The rule is relatively new and most members haven't seen it yet. He'll get unbanned, but for situations like this you would need more self control and not to abuse ban requests. As for you, mini-modding is against the rules. Please keep the Ban Appeals/ Complaints section free of irrelevant posts.
