Minecraft Username:Monkeysquits Reason: I was banned for griefing diamond ores in Stoneydelph. I did take diamond ores but as a deal from BRYCEY365. I bought 30 diamond ore for 5.5k i believe. It was in a tower near a couple iron ore towers, redstone tower, and i think some gold towers. Counter-Reason:I payed for those diamond ores. I think what he did was he sold them to me then said i griefed. Also, why would I want to take a chance with getting banned if I donated a lot to this server already. Evidence: He asked me if I could help him in some way but I don't remember how, something to fly up to the top of a tower and tp him up there so he could place them, then i asked him if i could buy the diamond ore and he said yes.
um, i sold you the ore then, i counted all my ore that i got mingi nwith you there were 7 and when i came on earlier today there werw 1 lapiz and 2 diamond ore missing
Didn't you take away my perms after I bought the 30 ore, and also, i think it is because when i got the diamond ore, i placed some down in rows, and mined it, remember? It couldn't have been me.
I just want to interject that most of this should have been included in the complaint to prevent a possible unfair ban. Nothing against Monkey or Brycey, just for future reference and a reminder to all. A SMOD should be by shortly. RagMan
But what about me being unbanned. I didn't do it and nobody got on my account. I did however when i bought the ore place them in rows and mine them. Also, I don't remember but didnt i buy some from you after?
Alright, I've reinvestigated this and decided that I'm going to unban you in this case. Brycey has been advised that when he sells people ores, he's to give the ores to the person himself and not allow others to mine them from his vaults. Locked.
