Minecraft Username: tcuomo41807 Reason: Banned for the use of an auto clicker. Counter-Reason: I was there right when kuke kicked me I immediately went to his channel and talked to him. I did not see him push me thou as he said he has stated, but I do believe he did. I am completely aware of the rules and am even embarrassed to fill this out and flush my mod app in the toilet. I am sorry for my actions and take complete responsibility. I feel as a mayor I should be setting an example to the rest and not breaking the rules. Many people get banned on the server every day, and I didnt expect me to be filling one of these out. I normally am the rule follower, and trying to enforce the rules and encourage people to follow them. I was auto-clicking and admit to doing it, but I was sitting at the computer the whole time watching. This is proven by me going directly to kuke right after. I was simply getting mindless and eating pretzels. I think that I should be unbanned. This is my first offence and will definitely be my last. Out of all my ECC life (2 months) I have only been kicked two times (1 for no reason, kinda a joke) and never expected me to have to fill out this application. I feel being banned is a disappointment to my moderator friends and my town's people. Again, I am sorry. Evidence: I went straight to kuke less than 5 seconds of it happening. I was also talking in ventrilo the whole time.
Yes I can vouch for tcuomo. He is a great guy, and an amazing mayor! I was in vent at the time, and he was there talking with other people, and definitely not afk. I think he deserves to return to ECC!!! *edit* I am a resident in his town, Libertatem.
