Minecraft Username: Itsa_Spenca Reason: Stirring up trouble and causing drama. Counter-Reason: I believe this is unjust because I wasn't the only one causing it. People also told me mean things that caused me to say things. For example, seconds before I was banned thatguy11111 told me "Itsa_Spenca shut up and stop telling lies!!!" and I replied back, "How am I lying!!!??! Thatguy is stirring up crap!!! how come you aren't yelling at him kuke?" and I was banned there. I don't see why that was even worse than what I said before. Anyways, way before that, I wanted the pumpkin price dropped, so I would speak in chat asking people to sign my petition on the forums. People would harass me telling me to stop, shut up, "its not gonna change so you might as well shut up" and none of those people had punishments. Instead, I received the punishments when the Admins, Kukelekuuk00 and TKick told me the price won't change. Later, they kicked me for reasons that aren't even in the rules (see "Global Chat" Section and "Harassment" Section on here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index. ... al_Channel). NOTHING is in the rules that says that I shouldn't stir up trouble when I wasn't. I was only talking to kukelekuuk00 and Tkick, and NO ONE else. Then I said I would leave this server. Kukelekuuk00 responded "you will never find a server better than this one" and everyone started to praise him for that. He then kicked me for server advertisement when I said "Fine. Then it will be my goal to find/make a server better than this one!". Kuke then kicked me, when I didn't say ANYTHING about IP's and names of other servers. I've seen people kicked for having IP's in the chat, and I didn't have anything like that. I was perma-banned for this, and I believe that this is NOT that harsh of a "rule-breakage" that it deserves something like that. Perma-banning should be for more seriously offenses, like griefing, cussing, or spamming in the chat. Alright. Now apology time. I at least want to leave this server on a good side. I got carried away. Yes, I was mad at the pumpkin price, but I shouldn't have taken it all out on the game admins. Kuke, I am sorry for everything I said about you and all the names I did call you. Sorry for critiquing you on the chat about how you kick people. Congrats on game admin and I am sorry you had to go through all that trouble banning me. TKick, sorry that I said all that about game admins. Yes, I was mad, and if you were on before (a couple days before), you would've seen why I was mad. There is this part all the way at the bottom of the rules that redirects to the disclaimer First kick had nothing to do with it advertising and it wasn't even in the reason, the first kick was because you were causing drama and raging at staffmembers. second kick was after you were talking about making your own server twice. What I literally said after you told me that you would leave I said "That's fine, but you'll never find a server as great as this one" That is NOT me telling you to leave thus you were twisting things to make me look bad, which is also known as LYING. And thatguy111111 wasn't even stirring things up, YOU were by constantly raging in global chat about the pumpkin prices and you were trying to make me look bad. This statement contradicts the previous quote. And EVERYONE get's permabanned so that they have to appeal on the forums. And you were warned 4 times, kicked 2 times and eventually you got banned. Raging and apologizing in the same appeal kind of contradicts each other doesn't it? This is not an appeal, this is just a way to slander my name. Denied.
