Minecraft Username: Bjorn111 Reason: Banned for repeated inappropriateness at spawn- Counter-Reason: I don't know what it means and all i have done at spawn is paying out for jobs. I were not contacted before i got banned, and if it means offensive language, I got a reason. Maddy and her friend CreepsGonCreep came to my house and griefed all the glass and put doors and protected them so i could not enter, I got mad though however I tried to contact a Mod/Super Mod. However they completely ignored me and didn't even bother sending a message back, I am sorry for that, but I would like Moderators to be more active on the server, also Maddy used some sort of hack to enter my locked door, then she broke everything who weren't protected, after numerous attempts to stop her trough asking her nicely to leave my house and stop griefing, I got angry. I tried to kill her though after i found out there were no PVP there, I killed her with sand, though none of this happened at spawn. I also reported a griefer at spawn who afterwards was ignored, even though its against the rules. The reason i don't think i deserve a ban is because: 1. There was a reason for me saying what i said. 2. you banned me with no kind of warning when I were fixing my friends griefed house (which now looks discussing as it aint finished) 3. I think the griefing allowed in the wild should not be allowed any more, and it should be pvp there. 4. I could not have just done /ignore <name> because she were constantly breaking things. 5. I got a worker to pay, and if i don't pay him he will quit. 6. I love the server and I would hate to be banned and not being able to play as i have put so much time into meeting great people here, and i would not like to loose every building/farm i made on the server. Evidence: Screenshot(maby) if not there are chat logs.
Well.. first off griefing in the wild is allowed, cursing at people in spawn is not.. You were previously warned for using vulgar and offensive language at people, because I had a complaint filed against you. If you get this angry from building in the wild and having it destroyed or tampered with, the simply solution is to join a town, that way there will be no more anger issues with griefing and what not. There are players, who can use things such as compass, and teleport to get into buildings that may be locked, unless you have some sort of explicit proof of someone hacking, then that allegation will not hold up. Another note, the super mods are extremely busy, always being flooded with pms by everyone who has some sort of problem be it a real problem or just want to complain about something here or there. The best way to go about it, is to file a complaint on the forums using the correct format and providing screenshot proof of what ever the current situation is. Going off on players is not the solution and never will be. Also, you just admitted to killing a player in a non pvp enabled zone, which is also against the rules.
Well, then she should be banned too as she dug under me so i fell down a hole to bedrock and lost my items. Although, i haven't said anything on spawn, so thats a flaw.
Anyways, I'm truly sorry for my offensive language, and even though i think the ban was unnecessary, I accept any kind of punishment, resetting money, resetting skill, what ever you would do as long as i could play again on the server as soon as possible.
Well Mods will PROBABLY... turn this into a tempban... depending on the severity of the situation, so just hang in there :]
Regardless of what another player does, no matter how upsetting it is, you can't break the rules yourself. Just remember that for future reference. Purrguin gave you the advice everyone will always tell you: come on here, and file the complaint. Good luck with your appeal.
thanks chereokee, i hope i get unbanned so i can pay my workers though, and hopefully finish my friends house :-/ now it looked like it got super griefed because i just started on removing the cobble there, and it were gonna be a surprise, but now its looking bad for that surprise, but at least i hope i manage to finish it at least
I didn't like your ban appeal and would have probably denied it without your other posts here. You weren't even admitting that you broke the rules, you were basically just flaming mods. Griefing in the wild is allowed, and killing users in the wild is not. In the future if you have an issue you should post a complaint on the forums. Or contact a moderator in game. If we don't respond right away, we may be with another user or on the forums that moment. We are people too and have to afk sometimes. At no point do we directly intend on ignoring anyone! With that being said, I'm changing your ban to a 12hr temp ban, which starts effective my post. During this time you need to read the server rules to familiarize yourself with them.
