Minecraft Username: mattyc43 Reason: The server says I have made offensive dirt art.. or something along those lines. Counter-Reason: I did not make offensive dirt art and I suspect that someone is trying to frame me (Cindy_John) Evidence: This person has been bullying me for the past couple of days on the server and he has been trying to get me banned obviously. I would just like to play the game and have no problems. Perhaps if Cindy_John is looking for an apology for something, then I will apologize to him. I just want this all to end and let me play the game with my friends...
I also want to add that this grudge has gone too far and I am being treated unfairly. I admit what I did was wrong and I'm sorry and I have taken responsibility for my actions. However, I dont think it is right that I can be banned without evidence especially when there is a player that goes around accusing me of absolutely everything to try and get me banned. There is such a double standard here... If I was a friend with a mod would I be treated this way?? I highly doubt it. Please correct this issue and make decisions without bias!
We can very, very easily check block logs. We can see who placed, changed, and destroyed blocks. Likely, you were caught in a grief report or a SuperMod saw an offensive dirt structure and checked it; your name came up, and they took action and banned you for whatever the offensive structure is. If you want unbanned, make a ban appeal; not a ban appeal that is more directed as a complaint. If you have an issue with someone, make a complaint thread with some evidence. In this case, you will need screenshot evidence of that user harassing/bullying you.
