Minecraft Username: GamingFoxYT Reason of Ban: Loan Scamming drewbo173, Also bypassing my ban Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own. If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Section 3 Clause 2 - Where you make a deal with a person then they don't give you what you agreed to after paying them or giving you an item. Section 6.2 Clause 2 - It means you were banned on your other account and you used a different account to bypass your ban. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Well this is about my 5th appeal for this reason and quite frankly it's getting ridiculous.... I've been thinking how this person feels after being scammed... and i've been scammed before also so i can't even believe that i didn't think how he feels. Basically i'm saying i honestly don't want this person hurt. I want to get back on that server help that person and basically unfortunately stop playing again... All my goal here is to get on ECC and pay back every penny to @drewbo173 tbh i just don't want to hurt a player ever again like i did to drewbo hes such a nice guy and his reward was this and it's terrible... i finally realize that. Unfortunately i'm just gonna get on the server payback every penny to drewbo173 then quit the server. I'm just trying to be completely honest here... I've had good moments on ECC but i think my time is up. I just really hope to get on and payback drewbo every penny.
I understand that you would like to get back on the server but... this is the 5th time you have said "I promise that i will pay him back" and I am very upset about this, I am willing to make another contract and make it so you have more time to pay me. Thanks -Drew
Well ty drew... I truley can't tell you how sorry I am for doing this to you... back then i was just a jerk and didn't think clearly... But i truley mean 100% of it i'm gonna pay you back no matter what happens....

Thank you for wishing to appeal. As you said in your appeal, this isn't the first time you're appealing for scamming, let alone the same person. Scamming is a very serious offense, especially if repeated. This is your last and final chance of appealing a ban like this. Any further scamming appeals will be directly to the server owner, so let this be your last appeal in general. You scammed @drewbo173 of $250,000 ecodollars according to your last few ban appeals - most recent appeal being found here. The number of times you've appealed this type of ban, especially with the person you scammed being the same person, is outrageous. You will, upon return, be owing @drewbo173 the $250,000 in a matter of 4 weeks. That being said, I will be giving you a 1 month temporary ban as you not only scammed once again, you also attempted to bypass a ban, in which you were caught. I recommend getting your act together if you want to play on this server still. Your temporary ban will expire January 29th, 2015. From there, the money will be due on February 26th, 2015 - unless you and drewbo work something else out. GamingFoxYT temporarily banned for 1 month - January 29th, 2015. $250,000 to drewbo173 due February 26, 2015.
