Minecraft Username: ThatKidArshi Reason of Ban: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own. If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Rule violated: Scamming/multi accounting Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Taking other peoples money Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I blame myself for all this... and sorry i guess to the people that were victimized by me. Im sorry to both of them. I think i should be unbanned because I really love this community besides some people and they prob love me back. A lot of players dont like it when i get banned (maybe like 4), I guess people like me as something towards their future. I hope i can build up my reputation from the point of when i joined ECC and earn many peoples trust.

Do not comment on Appals which are nothig to do with you @knears2000 (Post Deleted and warned) Do not bump your appeal @ThatKidArshi We will get to it when we can. Bumping you appeal will however not help your case, and you will be warned next time.
Is there an approximate of when this will actually be handled. OK this is a huge appeal but still doesn't take this long to make a decision
Thank you for appealing again, @ThatKidArshi. While I'm still not sure if you have learned your lesson, I do have *some* mercy, so I will be unbanning you, with a 5 day temp ban. Once you return to the server, you will have another 5 days to pay back @Nicole_2_op $75,000 and @mengliang99 $60,000. You will not be receiving an extension. Should you fail to repay them before 11/30/14, you will be banned again. I hope you realize that we do not tolerate this sort of behavior. @ThatKidArshi tempbanned for 5 days.
