Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Firstly, to pay @Original_Jackson the money I still owe him. I do apologize for this, as it really is my fault for signing a contract and not going through with it. But my motherboard on my other computer was fried, so I had to build a new desktop :/. Oj and I then tried pming to reach an agreement with @sinder33, but none was reached due to OJ asking for more than the contract stated I owed him. I would be happy to pay off the remaining debt within a week pending my return. NOTE: I would like to see if @Original_Jackson has anything to contribute to this before this issue is resolved. I think all parties should be heard.

Hello, it was not that I wanted more money than the contract stated, it's the fact that I don't agree with the current system where someone can scam and not have to pay any additional fee, that is basically telling users they can have a free week+ after the money/tool/whatever is due because there will not be a strong enforcement. I simply asked for an extra amount and you agreed, it was only when sinder came in and said you didn't have to do anything and that you of course would get more time for no cost, that you started to feel this way. Sure idc if you're unbanned, you owe me 450k. Maybe there will be an actual consequence but we both know probably not.
I'd be happy to pay back what was agreed upon. Paying you additional money as a late fee was not part of the original agreement (the one YOU agreed to), and I do not agree to it now. I could have 100% of the money within 48 hours of my return. I was unaware I would be able to get back on without a late fee. Knowing that, do you think anyone would pay it? Honestly?
Yep, it's your fault you did this and to compensate to me for my time and lack of money I should either get the spawnshop (or any item in any other case) or a late fee. But of course I will not.
I understand what you're saying; but that isn't included in the rules, nor the contract. It is also not "my fault". My computer failed. You're a fool if you actually thought I wanted/made it happen. But this is getting a bit flame-y, so I will stop with this, and encourage you to do the same.
Never said you wanted it to happen but let's see here, two people agreed to a contract, one held his part the other did not, if you still think that it's not your fault then you are very wrong. No matter what or for what reason you did not hold up your end of the deal so it IS your fault. Also can someone handle this appeal? Not really fair for me to not handle a scamming appeal..
Hello @CrazySwagMaster1 & @Original_Jackson The Staff team's job is to enforce agreements between users. If additional fees/late fees/consequences of not paying etc are not included in the original agreement, then that is no fault of the system or the staff teams. These are the sorts of things which users are free to negotiate when coming to an agreement. As for people criticising the system, if you want to impose additional 'penalties' then you are free to do so when writing a contract. If you don't do so, then that is down to you, not how things are handled here. With regards to this complaint, it appears that 450k is still owed. As you have stated that you are happy to repay the debt quickly, I am going to give you a 2 week deadline after a 3 day tempban. At the end of the day, it is your fault for not repaying the debt. You are obligated to pay the money and failing to do so by the deadline ultimately is down to you. New Deadline for 450k: 5th November 2014. @Original_Jackson - If this debt has not been repaid by this deadline, please feel free to file a new complaint. Locked - @CrazySwagMaster1 given 3 day tempban and new deadline of 5th November to repay 450k.
