Minecraft Username:goldwhite Reason of Ban:loan scamming(ctoolme) Rule violated:breaking contract Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:didnt pay off debt to someone Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:the whole reason i was banned was because i know i got scammed by him so i didnt want to pay the guy which wouldve taken 50+ hours to get. anyways it was over a year ago and i just opened up minecraft again and wanted to start playing on this server.

Thank you for wishing to appeal. Scamming is an extreme offense, and doing so will result in a ban like it has for you. Do not ever scam anyone again. The punishment if it happens again will be harsher. I will be unbanning you in 3 days, and in this time I expect you to read the rules and prepare for your return to the server. The rules have changed since you were last here. You can read the rules here. Now to the money you owe. On your unbanning, you will be expected to return the $350k to @Ctoolme based on this contract that is what you owe. This money is to be returned within 4 weeks after being unbanned; however if you come to an agreement with @Ctoolme, you may extend the time if you both wish to. The time cannot be any shorter than what I have given. Welcome back to EcoCityCraft, and don't let this happen again. goldwhite's ban to be lifted in 3 days (October 14th)/given until November 11th, 2014 to pay back the 350k.
