Reason of Ban: illegal use of a minimap

Rule violated: I believe its section 6 clause 4

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Essentially it says that the use of illegal mods can give an unfair advantage.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:

I got the mini-maps long after I stopped playing ECC, and I use them for adventure maps, other servers, etc. I only got onto the server with them on when I heard about the issues. I got the minimaps because I very rarely play ECC anymore, except to help @MBK2345 with mineyork. (which is also the only reason I'm appealing :p)

If/when I do join ECC again, I will use a non-forge, non-modded version of minecraft to connect with. I spoke personally to physicistsmom about this, and she said that that is an acceptable solution.

    Hello @thehockeykids2 ,

Seeing as this is only your first time getting banned for unfair advantages, I'll be handing you a 3 day temp-ban. To clarify some things, any minimap but the official ECC minimap (found here) are considered illegal.

During the time that you are away, I request you to re-read all of our server rules, especially the one that you broke. You can find our server rules by clicking on this .

Hope this doesn't occur again in the future.

    Locked, 3 day tempban issued
