Minecraft Username: Pokeashpoke Reason of Ban: Moderate Grief in PandaCapitol Rule violated: Section 2 - Griefing, Trolling and Harassment Clause 1 - Griefing Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town. When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback. Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: On Ecc, people spend their time building amazing things like cities, buildings, and shops. By griefing, you take away people's amazing creations. Depending on the level of grief inflicted, the grief will be or not be rolled back. Towns that allow grief must inform all players who join the town. Griefing is a problem in minecraft and I hope that it stops. This rule is made to protect all players creations and buildings. Without this rule, what would this server be? Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I can't believe I've gotten banned so many times. I wonder what my record on Ecc will be if i'm able to rejoin. I was banned for telling a mod to teleport to me and then i griefed right in front of their face. I'm sorry for griefing that town and if i can join Ecc again, I'll try to contribute to Ecc instead of destroying it. Maybe I've been banned to many times to rejoin and honestly i kind of have, I'll hope Ecc will find the sympathy to forgive me. Why I did it i don't know honestly. All i know is that i won't do it again. I keep getting banned from Ecc and i don't know why. I know that this time i'll find the wisdom to not get banned again.
