  • Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
  • Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
  • Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means that any hacks used in this game will lead to a severe punishment.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned[/b: In response to Weirdbuilder's message on my ban appeal, he said that I "have broken a rule, which would be the reason for your current ban." I want to clarify that the rule I allegedly broke was having an aim bot. Knowing I don't know how to install hacks, I also want to make sure that the only evidence against me is the video. While I was fighting Nutty_Cole, you can see that he wasn't swinging for 90% of the time. The 10% that he was swinging he was in the air, and you as I'm sure you're aware of this but a person who is hitting something above him can reach farther than a person who is hitting something that is below him. For the duration of the time where there wasn't lag, he was in reach of my sword. I never hit him when he was further than 4 blocks away. From watching the video, I notice that there are some hits where I wasn't facing his direction. This has to be the only real evidence he holds against me for there are no other times where it seems like I'm hacking. I know that this is due to the lag he was facing. As Nutty_Cole said at 1:52," It lags my game a little bit. I think I'm down to 18 frames." As we all know, 18fps is relatively bad. Many people lag when they reach below 50fps. An example of his lag is when the video is 2:59 in. DeVaHz and I had just killed grassy33, and we seem to teleport into one direction. Also, in the whole battle between Nutty_Cole and I, it looks as if I am swinging at the position he was half a second ago. As you can see, when we were fighting, I was spamming my sword really fast. I only hit Nutty_Cole about 3 or 4 times. This piece alone should make it impossible for me to have aim bot, for i miss 70% of my swings. Also, because there is no set formula for finding someone who is hacking in game, mods and game admins can only infer based on what they see, basically meaning that the only reason why I was banned was because the person who banned me "thinks" I used hacks. What I'm trying to prove here is that the innocent until found guilty law was not put in placed and even though you may think I was hacking, you won't know before for sure as there is no proper proof.
