Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

You make a Transaction/Deal with a user and you Do not hold up to your end of the deal/fail to repay or do what you agreed to on the timeframe.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I believe I can %110 do this I am ready to play 4 hours a day if I have to I will spend my real money to pay off these loans.
I just want 1 more chance to prove to you guys I'm not what I seem.
I kind grind and make EASILY 20k-50k a day with hardly trying with SG,
If Hunger games is dead I can buy a pumpkin axe and do that for 4 hours making around $30,000, voting adds another $2K to my balance and with my cousin @_TBoneMC helping me which I'm sure he will this will take no time to pay off.
I just want to prove to you guys I'm not a bad person. Over the time I have been banned I have matured in every aspect of my life. I hope that you will consider this appeal HIGHLY and un-ban me so I may prove to you guys I can do it.
If you guys don't believe I can do it give me the reason why. I will prove to you I CAN!!

I am very sorry to the user's that have waited so long for the money I took of theirs and I hope to get unbanned and repay them so I can regain my trust.


Also if I get unbanned can we set up a clear payment schedule it would help a lot​

I have decided it will be alot better if I wait a while and mature even more. I think it will be better for everyone if I do that. Christmas is coming and I wish you all a good one. I still believe I could have payed this off very easily but I think I can make another appeal in a bit and it will be more convincing to you guys.
