Hi @veeq55 so the reason why you were muted is because over the past 5 or so days, you have been warned countless times by multiple staff members to post ads once every 5 minutes in the correct channel, which is /ch trade. I am probably one of the most lenient staff members when it comes to incorrect channel uses, but there comes a point where the staff team needs to give more serious punishments than a simple 10m mute or a verbal warning. To keep this response short, please try and remember to use trade chat when advertising, and keep your ads to every 5 minutes, try and time your ads with each lotto draw, this way you know your ads are spaced out correctly.
