The rule means that you are not allowed to spam chat.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I would like to have another chance to join the fun community again. I understand that I spammed chat and received a ban. I deserved the punishment for doing so. I will not spam chat again for any reason as I know it is against the rules. I am terribly sorry for violating that rule.​
